Day Shift: 7:30AM-4:00PM Monday-Friday
Starting Wage: $21/HR
Occasional overtime and weekend shifts

We are looking for detail oriented Production Associates to join our Hardware department.
Summary:
The primary function of this position is to properly pack a hardware box with all needed parts for a customer's order in a timely manner.
Essential Duties:
- Read and understand orders.
- Knowledge of all parts in the hardware department.
- Properly pack a hardware box.
- Cut and make cables.
- Knowledge of commercial and residential instruction manuals.
- Assemble bolt bags and understand the uses of each.
- Restock hardware and bolt bins.
- Maintains a high level of quality to eliminate mistakes.
- Operate with Passion, Energy and Enthusiasm.
- Always remain safety conscious.
- High level of attention to detail and organization.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Must be self-motivated.
- Mechanical aptitude.
- Knowledge of basic math skills.
- Good hand/eye coordination.
- Able to understand and follow direction.
- Ability to read and interpret job specs.
- Sound judgement, decision making and problem-solving skills in all situations.
- Ability to effectively communicate in English, both orally and written, to ensure a clear understanding of work instructions and safety protocols.
- Have prompt and reliable attendance.
High School or GED required, and 1 year experience in a manufacturing environment preferred or; an equivalent combination of education and experience to successfully perform the essential responsibilities and duties as listed above.
Equipment used:
- Safety gloves and glasses
- ANSI approved work boots or shoes
- Cable Cutter
