Production Supervisor
Day Shift: 7:30am-4:00pm Monday-Friday
Starting Wage: $75,000-$85,000/Year DOE
Occasional overtime and weekend shifts

We are looking for an experienced supervisor to help lead our team to success.
Essential Duties:
- Lead and support a production team by assigning work, setting priorities, and ensuring daily production goals are met.
- Coordinate production schedules, workflow, and order completion to deliver quality products on time.
- Coach, develop, and hold employees accountable through training, performance feedback, and recognition.
- Monitor quality, safety, inventory, and equipment to maintain an efficient and compliant operation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and continuously improve processes.
- Review production documentation, employee timecards, and department records for accuracy.
- Foster a positive team environment built on accountability, communication, and Midland's core values.
- Demonstrate and uphold Midland's core values of Service, Quality, and Integrity in all aspects of leadership and decision making.

High School Diploma or GED required. 5+ years of manufacturing experience and 3+ years of direct people leading experience preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience to successfully perform the essential responsibilities and duties as listed above.
