Day Shift: 7:30am-4:00pm Monday-Friday
Starting Wage: $22/HR
Evening Shift: 4:00pm-2:30am Monday-Thursday
Starting Wage: $24/HR
Overnight Shift: 12:00am-8:30am Monday-Friday
Starting Wage: $25/HR
*Occasional overtime and Saturday shifts

We are looking for Production Associates to join our team.
Summary:
In this role, you will be responsible for working on an assembly line manufacturing high-quality garage door panels. Your primary tasks will include assembling components of the door, ensuring that each panel meets the required specifications, and operating various tools and equipment to facilitate the production process. You will work closely within a team to ensure that Midland's high standards of quality, efficiency, and safety are maintained. Your attention to detail and ability to follow assembly instructions will play a key role in ensuring that each garage door is build correctly.
Essential Duties:
- Operate hand/power tools.
- Knowledge of all models of doors.
- Understand Section Height Charts.
- Properly start-up, run and shut-down machines within the department.
- Properly lift skins and completed sections.
- Move completed orders to the correct locations.
- Assist in other Production and Shipping areas as requested.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management.
- Maintains a high level of quality to eliminate mistakes.
- Operate with Passion, Energy and Enthusiasm.
- Always remain safety conscious.
- High level of attention to detail and organization.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to read a tape measure.
- Skilled hand/eye coordination.
- Able to lift up to 75 lbs.
- Ability to read and interpret job specs.
- Ability to perform basic math skills.
- Sound judgment, decision making and problem-solving skills in all situations.
- Ability to effectively communicate in English, both orally and written, to ensure a clear understanding of work instructions and safety protocols.
- Have prompt and reliable attendance.
