Monday-Thursday, Partial Day Fridays
Starting Wage: $27-$35/HR DOE
Occasional overtime as needed
The Nordick Group is a leading property management company, overseeing 1.5 million square feet of commercial real estate in West Fargo. We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Building Maintenance Technician to join our team and contribute to the maintenance and upkeep of our properties.
Summary:
The Building Maintenance Technician will be responsible for the upkeep of multiple properties, including but not limited to maintenance, landscaping, and building projects.
Essential Duties:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks for buildings and grounds. Tasks may include but are not limited to painting, drywall repair, door/window installation, etc.
- Maintain the landscaping of properties, including mowing, trimming, planting trees, shrubs, and flowers, and ensuring the aesthetic upkeep of grounds year-round.
- Manage snow removal operations by using a skid steer for driveways and parking areas and shoveling and salting walkways.
- Assist in or lead building projects such as minor renovations, and other general construction tasks.
- Perform basic maintenance and repairs on equipment such as lawn mowers, trimmers, snow blowers, and other small machinery.
- Ensure all properties are well-maintained, addressing any repairs or improvements promptly. Coordinate with the property manager to schedule regular upkeep.
- Spend a significant amount of time working outdoors in varying weather conditions. Ensure that all safety protocols are followed in all tasks.

High school diploma or GED required. Experience in building maintenance or landscaping is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience to successfully perform the essential responsibilities and duties as listed above.
